Fat to fit body transformation - weight loss - update 7

Will eating healthy and training hard make me loose 16 kilos in just 3 months? Monday - I was mostly up for a good bunch of deadlifts, and not a whole lot of anything else - I wanted to keep it simple. So I did 4 sets of deadhang from the fingerboard, and for the deadlifts I kept the weight at 105 kilos and did a total of 84 reps - Finished of with 3 sets of 15 x kettlebell swings at 32 kg and 30 x russian twist with my 12 kilo medball. Those deadlifts left my quite sore for a few days. Wednesday I started with pull-ups and kettlebell shoulder press. Then 4 sets of bench pressing. Finished off with a superset of curl and triceps extensions. Thursday I set up my new home-built squat rack - I tested it out with some triceps push downs, some pull-up variations such as regular pull-ups, chin-ups, side to side pull-ups and hanging leg raises, then some squat variations and bench press - not that many reps since I wanted to save energy for my Friday-workout. In my video about setting up a home gym, I recommended people who were setting up a home gym, to look out for cheap second hand equipment and setup notifications for specific ads. That's exactly what I just did myself - I was looking for cheap weight plates, I didn't care if it was cast iron, plastic coated or bumper plates, just that they were cheap. I got a notification on some 15 kilo bumper plates - two of them for just 40 euros - one similar plate would cost 45 euros from new at Strengthshop. I was also lucky enough to find the same kind of bumper plates from new at a very low price, the shop was selling them because they were introducing an updated version of bumper plates. So I picked up 4x 20 kilo and 2x 10 kilo bumper plates at around 240 euro total - much less than brand new cast iron plates, that's usually the cheapest plates available. I'll tell you later in this video Here's my third update on my weight loss journey - fat to fit again My training this past week have been like this: Monday I did benchpress, pull-ups, trapbar deadlifts and bent over row. My body was tired after an intense week and weekend, so the weights were quite light. Wednesday - Sit-ups, log press, a set of 50 reps of 32kg kettlebell swings, curls and triceps extensions Thursday i did a lot of squatting - started with 5 sets of light front squats, then 3 sets of high speed box squats at 100 kilos. Then a 4 set superset with kettlebell swings, russian twist and straight arm holds. Finished off with lying dumbbell flies and shoulder shrugs. Saturday I started with pull-ups, ab wheel rollouts and some bench pressing. Then a workout with 32kg kettlebell swings and push ups - 4 sets of 15 swings and 8 push ups.
