100 Pushups every day For 31 Days challenge - Results - Chest, triceps, upper body improvements
8cm/3inch Increased chest (pectoralis major) resulting in smaller man-boobs (yay!) - also increased size of triceps and traps (near shoulder/neck)
In january, my only arm/chest/upper-back exercise have been push ups, and I've gotten amazing results from doing just that one exercise!
I'll be squatting every day in february.
Waste of time workout, I'll do that after my february challenge.
